We also contact Council to gather information about your block.

3. Site assessment:

We will review your site to assess accessibility and siting.

4. Design and Quotation:

We will confirm your plans to your requirements and supply you with a documented quote for construction

5. Contract:

Meet with Adson Homes to make any changes and confirm your requirements.
Sign contract.
Colour Schemes.
5% deposit payable.

6. Paperwork & Permits:

We engage a geologist to do a soil test on your block, (for footing design).
If required, a planning permit application is prepared. more.
We prepare and apply for a Building Permit.

7. Building:

We build your home at our Narangba base.

8. Delivery:

9. Completion:

You check the building with us to ensure your satisfaction

10. 90 day Review:
