Great homes! At great prices!  Where? At MQH…

I would like to give advice to anyone who is in the situation I was in. As we get older and unfortunately have to rely on our children’s help, more and more, my daughter and I started to look around so I could be closer to her and my son in-law without intruding on either privacy. After much time spent with builders and getting quotes, we eventually came across a company called MQH Malyon Quality Homes, a small family business on the east coast in Queensland. When I say family business I mean “family” they were truly intent on complying with every detail we needed, Stacy, the builders daughter was very kind and friendly always willing to take time with concerns, council, and selections, colours, tiles etc and I must add we were amazed at the quality of the fittings. I sold my home in Ipswich moved in with a friend, put my furniture in a container and waited for my new home to arrive. I am now fully established in what the council call “relatives accommodation”  not granny flat, which sounds depressing which conjures up vision of “go to your room!!”  Ha, ha,.

I was very fortunate my daughter and son in-law kindly allowed my to put my home on their 40acre property just out side Ipswich. I am completely self sufficient and help is always at hand if I need it. May I say look no further keep your independence and enjoy life in your own home, if your family is fortunate to have enough space on their property then it’s the perfect way to go…..houses are financially unobtainable and to add on to an existing house can be extremely expensive. Relocatable homes are the sensible way to go and also ideal for elderly couples or anyone downsizing, you need look no further then MQH!!!! Great homes!!
